Il recente aggiornamento della serie di norme ISO 22002, che include fra le altre cose l’introduzione della norma ISO 22002-100:2025, introduce un’importante revisione volta a migliorare la coerenza e l’applicabilità a livello globale dei Programmi di Prerequisiti (PRP) per la sicurezza alimentare consentendo agli standard specifici di settore di concentrarsi su elementi specifici.
